★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!! Estou tentando consultar um pedido, e o atendente da loja atende e desliga na minha cara. Liguei mais de 30x para a loja, e cada vez que ele atende, ele desliga na mesma hora! Um abusrdo!
Terrible attendance!! I'm trying to look up an order, and the store clerk answers it and hangs up on me. I called the store over 30 times, and every time he answers, he hangs up right away! An outrage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 16/02, às 16h, estive na loja do Shopping Iguatemi Alphaville, estava procurando roupa de banho, não era minha primeira vez na loja, mas dessa vez foi diferente, fui perseguida por um segurança, que chegou a me abordar duas vezes e ficou me rodeando, como se eu fosse roubar alguma coisa.
Foi péssima a experiência, não desejo isso para ninguém, na posição de advogada, minha vontade era de processar a loja pelo constrangimento que passei, até cheguei a filmar a situação.
A loja renner, deveria treinar melhor seus funcionários.
On 02/16, at 4:00 pm, I was at the Shopping Iguatemi Alphaville store, I was looking for a bathing suit, it was not my first time in the store, but this time it was different, I was chased by a security guard, who approached me twice and surrounded me, as if I was going to steal something.
The experience was terrible, I don't wish that on anyone, as a lawyer, I wanted to sue the store for the embarrassment I went through, I even filmed the situation.
Renner store should train its employees better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja excelente bem organizada com uma ótima variedade, funcionários muito atenciosos, alguns produtos com preços caríssimos, porém muitos outros acessíveis de ótima qualidade, no dia que eu fui havia somente um caixa aberto mas que estava operando rapidamente evitando filas, vale dar uma olhada na seção de relógios e perfumes algumas ótimas opções. Creio que seja uma das melhores lojas da Renner que eu já visitei.
Excellent store well organized with a nice variety, very attentive staff, some products with very expensive prices, but many other accessible of great quality, the day I went there was only an open box but that was operating quickly avoiding queues, it is worth to take a look at the section of watches and perfumes some great options. I think it's one of the best Renner stores I've ever visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avistei de longe logo da renner. Isso porque uso óculos e não enxergo nada. Porém, ao chegar mais perto descobri o paraíso. Rennnee tinha uma mega promoção e comprei varias camisas que estavam faltando na minha coleção e agora poderei passar um natal tranquilo e feliz ao lado da minha família que tanto amo. Ontem tive uma aula de inglês com um aluno incrível que me recomendou essa renner, ele não estava errado ao dizer que ao terminarmos a aula de inglês na USA INTERNATIONAL, eu iria me surpreender com essa loja. Após uma aula de conversação sem limites sobre todos os tópicos em relação ao mercado financeiro, descobri a melhor forma de usar meu dinheiro, obrigado renner!! Boas festas e um feliz natal para todos dessa empresa maravilhosa que amo e prezo tanto perto do meu coração. Um grande abraço do velinho, e boas festas e muita passas o rum com uva passa no arroz. Amo tudo.
