★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente academia. Muito bem estruturada e com ótimos e variados aparelhos. Primeira academia que vou na Vila Matilde onde existe atenção dos professores. Suporte total. Não é aquele tipo de academia lotada.
 Excellent gym. Very well structured and with great and varied equipment. First academy I go to in Vila Matilde where there is attention from the teachers. Full support. It's not that kind of crowded gym.

I've been going to this gym for 7 years..Teachers at night score 10...the aerobic classes score 10..what could improve is the weight training equipment..in my opinion..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo custo/benefício, equipamentos bons e com manutenção em dia. Professores atenciosos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a corrigir, auxiliar e acompanhar os alunos. A aula de funcional é dinâmica e bem equipada, ótima alternativa pra quem não quer apenas musculação. Recomendo!
Great cost / benefit, good equipment and up-to-date maintenance. Attentive, helpful teachers and always willing to correct, assist and accompany students. The functional class is dynamic and well equipped, a great alternative for those who don't want just bodybuilding. I recommend!

Bad place. The owner treated my 3 year old daughter badly. That was about 9 years ago. As people don't change, I don't change my opinion about the owners of this place either.
