Claro que são boa parte mercadoria com detalhes no item, como caixa rasgada, amassado, riscado, etc...
Mais são coisas aparentemente boas que dá pra confiar.
Comprei uma geladeira Consul com um amassado só na porta, e não tive nenhum problema até então. Congela e gela normalmente
Tive também uma boa colaboração do vendedor em procurar uma geladeira da mesma em condições melhores.
Sempre passo na loja para ver algo interessante e aproveitar, vale a pena
