Eu fiz uma solicitação simples para a IMOBILIÁRIA.
Eu não gosto do atendimento de vocês, muita conversinha e sem solução.
Eu não gosto de ser contrariada ? Eu só posso falar bem na internet ?
Eu senti que o atendimento é ruim, é minha percepção e eu tenho todo direito de comunicar , essa é minha experiência com vocês. Inclusive vocês não prestaram atendimento pra gente desde o começo.
Muito sensato da parte de vocês querer botar moral e ameaçar alguém.
Quero que processe mesmo.
Me nega gerar um boleto para o pagamento do aluguel e fala que eu tenho que transferir o dinheiro para uma pessoa física.
Que se faça cumprir a lei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fechem nenhum tipo de contrato nessa imobiliária. Nem como locador nem como locatário. Não tem advogado. E proprietário não arca com suas responsabilidades contratuais. Atrasa repasse do aluguel e finge não estar quando vc liga para tirar satisfação.
Never close any type of contract in this real estate. Neither as lessor nor as lessee. There is no lawyer. And the owner does not bear his contractual responsibilities. Delay transfer of the rent and pretend not to be when you call to get satisfaction.
