★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de alugar, fazem fundos e mundos, te convencem de diversas maneiras com uma forma ludica de condução no atendimento. Na hora de resolver desvencilhar-se do aluguel, fui totalmente mal tratado pela funcionária Maira, do qual além de ter uma conduta antiética, faltou com profissionalismo, usando de uma abordagem agressiva e ofensiva, dando carteirada, dizendo que tem propriedade no que esta dizendo, como se eu fosse leigo no assunto, em tom de superioridade, até matemática quis me ensinar. Desrespeito com a situação atual do Brasileiro em meio a épocas de pandemia. Empresa que só pensa no lucro, sem flexibilidade para com a real situação de seus clientes nao tem espaço no mercado, independente do legado e tempo. Ou muda a postura ou o tempo mesmo vai mostrar isso. Uma pena pois os demais funcionários que me atenderam, atenderam de forma ética e um funcionário em si acaba sujando a imagem da administração.
