★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento e internet são ótimos, agora a instalação muito demorada me deram o prazo de 10 dias úteis, se for contar já estou a 14 dias sem internet e nada deles virem fazer a instalação, mandei mensagem perguntando se não tinha como darem uma agilizada pois faço faculdade e estava precisando me deslocar até a casa de amigos pra poder ver a aula, e a única resposta que obtive foi que me deram um prazo de 10 dias e pediram pra eu aguardar até a próxima semana. Quinta é o último dia e até agora nada, sendo que realmente necessito.
 Customer service and internet are great, now the installation took a long time to give me 10 working days, if I tell you I'm already 14 days without internet and nothing of them come to do the installation, I sent a message asking if there was no way to make it faster because I do college and I needed to go to the house of friends to be able to see the class, and the only answer I got was that they gave me a period of 10 days and asked me to wait until the next week. Thursday is the last day and so far nothing, and I really need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível nunca vi uma internet sair de via rádio para fibra óptica e consegui ficar pior infelizmente eu ainda não posso trocar mais fica o aviso pra quem quiser a internet para jogos e melhor procurar outra empresa
Horrible, I have never seen an internet go from radio to fiber optics and I managed to get worse unfortunately I still can't change anymore.

O atendimento no zap, hoje entrei em.contato mais uma vez e disseram após eu ter mandado o print que iria postar reclamação no reclame aqui, o atendente disse vou falar com meu supervisor, aí voltou e disse seu atendimento está agendado pra amanhã às 16 horas, ajudo em algo mais? Absurdo ridículo isso, normalmente no reclame aqui nem responder as denúncias eles fazem, galera pesquisar. Melhor antes de fazer negócio. Estou sem serviço desse segunda feira..

Par resolver as problemas única possibilidade e ir pra Aracati. Não tem mais telefone, nem Whatsapp pra comunicar pra esse empresa.
Eles instalou novo modem. Agora algumas aparelhos não tem mais um conexão seguro no internet.
