★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui até a loja procurar um vestido para minha formatura. Cheguei lá e as atendentes mal olharam na minha cara e sequer deram bom dia. Fiquei mais de 10 minutos em pé esperando para ser atendida. A atendente passava por mim e fingia que não me via. Moral da história: fui embora e não indico a ninguém!!
Yesterday I went to the store to find a dress for my graduation. I got there and the attendants barely looked at my face and did not even say good morning. I was more than 10 minutes standing waiting to be taken care of. The attendant passed me and pretended she did not see me. Moral of the story: I left and did not tell anyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por indicação, com muitos elogios. As atendentes são muito atenciosas e prestativas. A loja tem grande variedade de roupas, para todos os tipos de corpo e idade. Achei o valor do aluguel muito bom e saímos felizes, eu e minha mãe. Recomendo!!
I went by indication, with many compliments. The attendants are very attentive and helpful. The store has a wide variety of clothes, for all body types and ages. I thought the rent was very good and we left my mother and I happy. I recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INFELIZMENTE fui mal recepcionada nesta loja. Sábado fui a loja procurar por vestido de noiva, e como de costume a loja estava um pouco cheia. A vendedoras estavam desesperadas, atendiam as clientes com pressa, não se desempenhavam em procurar vestidos para as clientes (ouvi varias saindo e reclamando disto), quando fui perguntar se tinham mesmo vestido de noiva me disseram que sim, e em seguida a pessoa que me atendeu foi falar pra outra vendedora que eu era "noiva", dai então esta vendedora explanou um AFFFF. Ou seja, noivas, nem percam seu tempo indo lá em um sábado, pois assim serão tratadas, como um incomodo !
UNFORTUNATELY I was badly received in this store. Saturday I went to the store to look for wedding dress, and as usual the store was a little crowded. The saleswomen were desperate, they attended to the customers in a hurry, they did not perform to look for dresses for the clients (I heard several leaving and complaining of this), when I went to ask if they had even dressed of bride they told me yes, and soon the person that me answered and went to tell another saleswoman that I was "bride", then this saleswoman explained an AFFFF. That is, brides, and do not waste your time going there on a Saturday, because then they will be treated, as a nuisance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em meio a tantos vestidos a vendedora me mostrou apenas um modelo q atenderia o que eu procurava! E era vestido rose para madrinha, q está mto em alta no momento! Fiquei esperando ela dizer q era brincadeira e q traria mais modelos, mas pude provar apenas 1 modelo mesmo! Perdi meu tempo.
Amid so many dresses the saleswoman showed me only one model that would suit what I was looking for! And it was a rose dress for a godmother, which is very hot at the moment! I was waiting for her to say that it was a joke and that it would bring more models, but I was able to try just 1 model! I lost my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, aluguei um vestido para ser madrinha e que precisava de ajuste. A loja não deixou eu provar após os ajustes e só liberaram para eu buscar 1 dia antes do evento (numa quinta, sendo o casamento na sexta a tarde). Peguei o vestido a noite (pq assim como muitas pessoas eu trabalho e fica difícil sair no meio do expediente pra buscar vestido) e os ajustes não haviam sido feitos. O vestido estava largo atrás horrível, com fios sobrando. Se a loja tivesse deixado eu buscar 1 dia antes teria dado tempo de voltar e arrumar mas a vendedora garantiu que os ajustes nunca ficam ruins, que eram simples e não tinha como errar. Por fim, no dia da festa (que era a a tarde) a loja queria que eu me deslocasse da Vila Olímpia para São Caetano para que uma costureira fizesse o ajuste. Eu só iria perder o casamento se eu fosse...completamente sem noção. A loja que deveria enviar alguém pra ter feito o ajuste combinado. Péssimo atendimento, qualidade e serviço de costura. Pagar para passar stress e ir com vestido remendado eu não recomendo.
My experience was terrible, I rented a dress to be a bridesmaid and it needed adjustment. The store didn't let me taste it after the adjustments and they only allowed me to pick it up 1 day before the event (on a Thursday, the wedding being Friday afternoon). I took the dress at night (because like many people I work and it is difficult to go out in the middle of the day to look for a dress) and the adjustments had not been made. The dress was awful at the back, with leftover threads. If the store had let me pick it up 1 day before, I would have had time to go back and fix it but the saleswoman guaranteed that the adjustments never get bad, that they were simple and there was no mistake. Finally, on the day of the party (which was the afternoon) the store wanted me to move from Vila Olímpia to São Caetano so that a seamstress could make the adjustment. I would only miss the wedding if I went ... completely clueless. The store that should send someone to have the adjustment adjusted. Bad service, quality and sewing service. Paying for stress and going with a patched dress I don't recommend.
