Trocaram nossa filha de turma sem aviso prévio. Apenas nos comunicaram da mudança ao final deste dia.
Tiraram a professora dela, que era a referência dela na escola sem se importar com o trauma que isso causa numa criança de 1 ano e 3 meses.
Porém, o pior de tudo foi que devolveram minha filha com uma assadura horrível, praticamente em carne viva e não avisaram nada no momento em que a busquei. Descobri isso ao trocá-la chegando em casa.
Nesse mesmo dia a atualização do app dizia apenas "notamos uma vermelhidão na região íntima da sua filha ".
Péssimo cuidado com criança em todos os sentidos.
Horrible experience.
They changed our class daughter without notice. They only informed us of the change at the end of this day.
They took away her teacher, who was her reference at school without caring about the trauma that this causes in a child of 1 year and 3 months.
However, the worst of all was that they returned my daughter with a horrible rash, practically raw and they didn't warn me when I picked her up. I found this out when I changed it when I got home.
That same day the app update only said "we noticed a redness in your daughter's intimate region".
Terrible child care in every way.
