★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo o serviço desta empresa. Realizaram a manutenção do meu ar-condicionado em dezembro de 2021. Após o serviço, a evaporadora começou a vazar água durante o funcionamento. Solicitei imediatamente o retorno para solucionar o problema e estou há 60 dias aguardando uma posição da empresa. Descaso total com o cliente. No início cancelaram o retorno em quatro oportunidades entre dezembro de 2021 e Janeiro de 2022. Em seguida deixaram de responder as mensagens. Não recomendo o serviço.
I do not recommend this company's service. They performed maintenance on my air conditioner in December 2021. After the service, the evaporator began to leak water while operating. I immediately requested a return to solve the problem and I have been waiting 60 days for a position from the company. Total disregard for the customer. At first they canceled the return on four occasions between December 2021 and January 2022. Then they stopped responding to messages. I do not recommend the service.
