Como estou precisando urgentemente eu liguei no telefone e fui muito mal atendida, perguntei com quem eu falava se era com a atendente ou com o dono a mesma gritando falando que era a dona. Simplesmente desliguei porque nós clientes não somos obrigados a ouvir tamanho desrepeito, afinal queria apenas um orçamento. Estou desde o dia 14/06 tentando. Hoje já é dia 01/07 complicado se não sabe tratar os clientes bem ou se não tem tempo para atender WhatsApp simplesmente não forneça contato via WhatsApp ou então contrata um atendente já que está tão corrido assim. Lastimável se falasse desde o início que não teria como pois a demanda estava alta simplesmente eu iria entender e procurar outro. Agora fica só prometendo mandar e nunca manda nada. FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO, nao sabem lidar com cliente. Mais tem males que vêm para o bem né se no atendimento é assim imagine na execução do serviço.

I simply hung up because we clients are not obliged to listen to such disrespect, after all I just wanted a quote. I've been trying since the 14/06. Today, it's already a complicated day 07/01 if you don't know how to treat customers well or if you don't have time to answer WhatsApp, simply don't provide contact via WhatsApp or hire an attendant since it's so busy. Regrettable if I said from the beginning that there would be no way because the demand was high, I would simply understand and look for another one. Now he just promises to send and never sends anything. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, they don't know how to deal with the client. There are more evils that come to the good, right if the service is like that, imagine when performing the service.
