★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, burocráticos, lentos e arrogantes, quase 20 dias para liberar um documento, não avisam quando ocorre algum entrave e criam regras próprias, ainda bem que é um reles despachante, pois se fosse orgão publico com força de policia, os clientes estariam perdidos, se reclamassem seriam tratados da pior forma possível. Não recomendo a ninguem!!!!! Criaram uma dificuldade que quase me custou a venda de um carro, bastou eu ir em outro despachante e resolver na hora, enfim lamentável!!!!
Lousy experience, bureaucratic, slow and arrogant, almost 20 days to release a document, do not warn when an obstacle occurs and create their own rules, thankfully it is a despatching agent, because if it were a public body with police force, customers would be lost , if they complained they would be treated in the worst possible way. I don't recommend it to anyone !!!!! They created a difficulty that almost cost me the sale of a car, all I had to do was go to another dispatcher and solve it on the spot, finally unfortunate !!!!
