★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Se tem duas pessoas na fila, em menos de 15 minutos você não sai. Eu não consigo entender a lógica desse lugar, vou tentar explicar por texto o porquê. Se tem DUAS (ou mais) pessoas, uma na fila e outra que já foi atendida, TODOS os empregados vão atender aquela primeira bendita pessoa, deixando as outras esperando horrores...

TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. If there are two people in line, in less than 15 minutes you don't leave. I can't understand the logic of this place, I'll try to explain by text why. If there are TWO (or more) people, one in line and one who has already been seen, ALL employees will attend to that first blessed person, leaving the others waiting for horrors...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no meduque por volta das 16:30 do dia 30/05/2022, só havia uma cliente e uma atendente, entrei e cumprimentei e a atendente não respondeu, peguei a tabela de preços e comecei a verificar, constatei que o preço é o mesmo dos mercados, antes era mais baixo, agora não é mais, então esperei, esperei e nada, ngm atendendo, todos funcionários que passavam por lá estavam com cara de fome, fiquei lá e nada, uns 15 minutos, então entendi o pq o meduque quase sempre está vazio, o atendimento é péssimo, poucos funcionários e mau humorados, os preços não atraem mais, não passa cartão e nenhum tipo de promoção, então fui embora e passei no supermercado, afinal o preço dos frios são iguais ou menores que no meduque. (Dica para quem quiser bom atendimento e preço melhor, arraial frios em Americana) . Com certeza eu e todos que eu puder avisar não voltaremos mais lá.
I arrived at meduque around 16:30 on 05/30/2022, there was only one customer and one attendant, I went in and greeted and the attendant did not respond, I took the price list and started to check, I found that the price is the even in the markets, it used to be lower, now it's not anymore, so I waited, waited and nothing, no one answered, all the employees who passed by there looked hungry, I stayed there and nothing, about 15 minutes, so I understood why meduque is almost always empty, the service is terrible, few employees and bad tempered, the prices don't attract anymore, they don't issue cards and any kind of promotion, so I left and stopped by the supermarket, after all the prices of cold cuts are the same or less than in the meduc. (Tip for those who want good service and better prices, cold festivities in Americana) . For sure I and everyone I can warn will not go back there.
