★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O DOno e o seu irmão gerente são sempre muito grosseiros e não sabem ser profissionais de maneira nenhuma todas as vezes que questionados de algum problema hiper grosseiros ,anti eticos bom isso eles nem sabem ser né ..tratam seus funcionarios com hiper grosseria e autoridade sem necessidade gostava muito da que dava banho alessandra ai trocaram pelo natan um amor tb só os que da banho e tosa que leva esse lugar pq o resto meu deus do céu
 DOno and his brother manager are always very rude and do not know how to be professionals at all whenever they are asked about a hyper rude problem, unethical well they do not even know how to be right .. they treat their employees with hyper rudeness and authority without need I really liked the one that bathed alessandra there they exchanged for natan a love tb only the ones who bath and groom that takes this place cuz the rest my god in heaven

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente de todos, Dr Luiza um amor e muito atenciosa com todos meus bebês, Natan super caprichoso no banho da minha Nina e todos desde as meninas da caixa , funcionários em geral e o dono, sempre sou muito bem atendida e o principal trabalham com muito carinho com nossos pets.
Excellent service from everyone, Dr Luiza a love and very attentive with all my babies, Natan super capricious in the bath of my Nina and everyone from the girls in the box, employees in general and the owner, I am always very well attended and the main work with a lot of affection with our pets.

A veterinária até que é bem simpática e educada e atende muito bem porém o gerente e alguns funcionários são mal humorados e até mal educados.
hambiente (corredor) apertado, pouco espaço para se movimentar. Abafado.
Serviços de entrega deficientes com alguns produtos com má qualidade.
Perde de longe para a concorrência.
No pet shop rações Renata, no Sonda, na Cobasi você é melhor atendido com preços mais acessíveis.

The vet is very friendly and polite and attends very well but the manager and some employees are moody and even rude.
hambiente (corridor) tight, little space to move. Stuffy.
Poor delivery services with some poor quality products.
It loses by far to the competition.
At the pet store rations Renata, at Sonda, at Cobasi you are better served with more affordable prices.

Já comprei bastante lá por ser mais perto pra mim.
Mas hoje não vou lá nem se fosse de graça.
Se tivesse opção de não dar nenhuma estrelas seria minha opção.
Terrible service, manager or owner, I don't know, super rude. He walks after people as if they were going to rob the store.
I've bought a lot there because it's closer to me.
But I'm not going there today, even if it was free.
If I had the option of not giving any stars it would be my option.
