Deixei no estacionamento para vender e depois me pediram um dinheiro para reparos no veículo, depositei 750 reais , nada foi feito apenas a troca do protetor de caçamba, quando fui pegar de volta o carro, pois desisti de vender me cobraram a estadia de 8 dias no estabelecimento e mais 50 reais de gasolina, por terem andado com o carro e detalhe me entregaram com tanque zerado. Ou seja péssimo lugar ...
Horrible place !! A lot of talk to fool the customer .. I left it in the parking lot to sell and then they asked me for money to repair the vehicle, I deposited 750 reais, nothing was done just changing the bucket protector, when I went to get the car back, because I gave up selling I was charged for the 8-day stay at the establishment and another 50 reais of gasoline, for having driven the car and details delivered me with a zero tank. In other words, lousy place ...

De forma clara colocando cada ponto e explicando o passo a passo dando toda assessoria.
Esse tipo de atendimento está cada vez mais difícil de conseguir, principalmente nas grandes lojas.

Com 1 mês e pouco com o carro deu problema na direção hidráulica começou a vazar oleo, liguei na loja expliquei o ocorrido e disseran que iriam me ligar, então um dia de manha no atacadão fui ligar o carro fez um barulho de algo explodindo e a direçao travou geral!!!
Como preciso do carro para trabalho, chamei um guincho e levei para arrumar em um rapaz expecializado em direção hidraulica ali na av francisco Glicério e pra mimha surpresa disse que tods a direçao estava comprometida, entao para resolver çogo paguei mais de R$1.400,00 e fiquei aguardando a ligação da loja
Para minha surpresa depois da direçao, um mes e meio depois meu ar condicionado parou de funcionar ai liguei la na loja novamente e disseram que nao iriam se responsabilizar por nenhum dos danos em meu carro pois eles pegaram meu carro na teoca e disseram que tiveram gastos e nao me co raram esses gastos, da pra acreditar que me falaram isso? Eles avaliaram meu carro, pagaram bem abaixo do que valia vendeu por bem mais caro do.que valia tambem e ainda tiveram a cara de pau de falar que nao me cobraram reparos (que nem tinha praticamente)
Um absurdo essa loja, enaganm os clientes e não solucionam os problemas denteo dos 3 meses de garantia para depois falar que nao se responsabilizam!! Nao recomendo pra ninguém!!!
Terrible!!!! I bought a mountain that was said to be younger than 0km.
With 1 month and a little with the car, there was a problem with the hydraulic steering, oil started leaking, I called the store and explained what had happened and said they would call me, so one day in the morning I started the car, it made a noise of something exploding and direction caught general !!!
As I need the car to work, I called a tow truck and took it to get a guy specialized in hydraulic steering over there on Av Francisco Glicério and to my surprise he said that all the management was compromised, so to solve the problem I paid more than R $ 1,400.00 and I was waiting for the store call
To my surprise after driving, a month and a half later my air conditioning stopped working so I called her at the store again and said that they would not be responsible for any damage to my car because they took my car at the farm and said they had spent and they didn’t stop these expenses, can you believe they told me that? They evaluated my car, paid well below what it was sold for much more than it was worth. It was also worth it and they still had the courage to say that they didn't charge me for repairs (which I didn't even have)
This store is absurd, enaganm customers and do not solve the problems within 3 months of warranty and then say that they are not responsible !! I don't recommend it to anyone !!!
