O atendimento é bem solicito, as meninas respondem rápido aos questionamentos por e-mail e o preço foi justo em relação as peças compradas. Apesar de me informarem o prazo de 15 dias úteis, em aproximadamente 3 dias após a medição no local o produto já estava sendo entregue (sem cobrança de frete) na minha residência. Ficou tudo perfeito! Super recomendo
I bought it at MGR Casa Shopping on Avenida das Américas. The service is well requested, the girls respond quickly to inquiries by email and the price was fair in relation to the pieces purchased. Despite being informed of the deadline of 15 working days, in approximately 3 days after the measurement on site the product was already being delivered (free of charge) to my residence. Everything was perfect! Super recommend

I was very well attended at MGR of Estrada dos Bandeirantes by Cida ... personalized service..marbles and granites of excellent quality ... several options, speed, excellent finish, punctuality ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento da atendente Luana. Muito ríspida, parece que estava sem paciência, faltava mais delicadeza em tratar os clientes. Fiz orçamento da pia da cozinha e dos 2 banheiros, os preços estavam ok, mas eles cobram a instalação. Para instalar esses 3 itens, cobraram R$ 1.716,00, achei o valor alto.
I didn't like the service provided by the attendant Luana. Very harsh, it seems she was out of patience, she lacked more delicacy in dealing with customers. I budgeted for the kitchen sink and the 2 bathrooms, the prices were ok, but they charge for the installation. To install these 3 items, they charged R$ 1,716.00, I thought the price was high.
