★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pelo Submarino e a transportadora responsável é a Miami Mattress. O primeiro prazo de entrega era dia 22/11. Não chegou. Entrei em contato com o Submarino no dia 24/11: o novo prazo de entrega garantindo que pediram agilidade, pois já estava atrasado, dia 26/11. Hoje é dia 26/11, são 17:05 e meu pedido ainda não foi entregue. NÃO COMPREM DESSE LUGAR, a não ser que vocês não estejam preocupados com o prazo de entrega. Pois não vai chegar no dia previsto.
 I bought it through Submarino and the responsible carrier is Miami Mattress. The first delivery date was 11/22. Did not arrive. I got in touch with Submarino on 11/24: the new delivery deadline, ensuring that they asked for agility, as it was already late, on 11/26. Today is 11/26, it is 5:05 pm and my order has not yet been delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE unless you are not concerned about the delivery time. Because it won't arrive on the scheduled day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente nao comprem nesta loja,é a pior loja que existe no brasil,cuidado,se voces nao querem ter dor de cabeça, por favor nao compre nada na Miami colchões, voce compra um produto eles entregam outros totalmente diferente do que voce comprou ,alem de entregar faltando peças,e o prazo pra troca é de 30 dias,e eles nao te respondem,nao existe pos venda,cuidado.

People don't buy from this store, it's the worst store in Brazil, be careful, if you don't want to have a headache, please don't buy anything at Miami mattresses, you buy a product they deliver others totally different from what you bought, besides to deliver missing parts, and the deadline for exchange is 30 days, and they don't answer you, there is no after sale, be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na loja procurando um colchão Castor, havia um adesivo da Castor na porta da loja dizendo sobre os colchões da Castor.
Chegando na loja fui muito bem atendida, mas me convenceram a levar outra marca de colchão que particularmente não conhecia, mas me garantiram que era ótimo! O colchão chegou na data certa.
Quando tirei do plástico notei uma grande ondulação, achei super estranho. Liguei na loja umas 3 ou 4 vezes até que me enviassem uma pessoa da marca do colchão que comprei. A pessoa esteve na minha casa, avaliou o colchão e me disse que iria fazer a troca, mas que eu podia ligar na loja e trocar por outro produto se achasse melhor.
Como inicialmente eu queria um Castor, achei melhor trocar por um Castor.
Liguei na loja, o vendedor me disse que ia conversar com o irmão e me retornava, não retornou, liguei novamente para ele, e assim que me identifiquei, ele desligou o telefone na minha e nunca mais me retornou.
Eu não recomendo essa loja.
I entered the store looking for a Castor mattress, there was a Castor sticker on the store door saying about Castor mattresses.
Arriving at the store, I was very well attended, but they convinced me to take another brand of mattress that I didn't particularly know, but I was assured that it was great! The mattress arrived on time.
When I took it out of the plastic I noticed a big ripple, I thought it was super weird. I called the store about 3 or 4 times until they sent me a person from the brand of the mattress I bought. The person was at my house, evaluated the mattress and told me that he would make the exchange, but that I could call the store and exchange it for another product if I thought it was better.
As I initially wanted a Beaver, I thought it best to switch to a Beaver.
I called the store, the salesman told me he was going to talk to his brother and got back to me, he didn't, I called him again, and as soon as I identified myself, he hung up the phone on mine and never got back to me.
I do not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cama mais um colchão pelo site da submarino, mas que seria entregue pela Miami Mattress. A previsão era que chegaria dia 31/01/22, até agora nada. Mando e-mail, msg no WhatsApp.. visualizam e não respondem. Já tinha visto várias reclamações no reclame aqui dessa loja, uma pena ter visto só depois que finalizei a compra, porque se soubesse nem teria comprado. Não entregam o produto e não dão notícias. Não comprem dessa loja !
I bought a bed plus a mattress through the submarine's website, but it would be delivered by Miami Mattress. The forecast was that it would arrive on 01/31/22, so far nothing. I send email, msg on WhatsApp.. they see and don't respond. I had already seen several complaints in the advertisement here of this store, a pity I only saw it after I finished the purchase, because if I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. They do not deliver the product and do not give news. Do not buy from this store!

Realizai a compra online através da Americanas, total descaso da loja Miami Mattress, em relação a entrega se você não ficar atrás do seu produto não vai receber tão cedo, extrapolam todos os prazos que eles mesmo passam dizem que seu produto está indo mas não chega enfim não tem o menor comprometimento com o cliente que perde tempo apenas esperando e nada e quando entregam mandam produto errado, resumindo péssima experiência.
Utilizam da plataforma Americanas para vender e não entregam nada do que foi combinado , dou uma estrela pois não tem como dar menos.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
Make the purchase online through Americanas, total disregard of the Miami Mattress store, in relation to delivery if you do not stay behind your product you will not receive it soon, they go beyond all the deadlines that they themselves pass they say your product is going but it is not arriving in short, they don't have the slightest commitment to the customer who wastes time just waiting and nothing and when they deliver they send the wrong product, in short, a bad experience.
They use the Americanas platform to sell and they don't deliver anything that was agreed, I give one star because there's no way to give less.

A atendente Paula é super atenciosa até o momento que vc paga. A partir desse momento começa o martírio sem fim. Não cumprem o que prometem , não atendem o telefone e não respondem o watsapp. Entrega que era pra ser feita em 5 dias demorou 20 e as camas ( comprei 9) vieram sem as cantoneiras metálicas de proteção. Reclame com Deus , porque com eles vc não vai conseguir falar. Se fizeram isso comigo que comprei 9 camas , imagina quem vai comprar apenas uma. Depois não digam q não avisei...
In short...buy and be angry. VERY ANGRY.
The attendant Paula is super attentive until the moment you pay. From that moment on, the endless martyrdom begins. They don't deliver what they promise, they don't answer the phone and they don't answer watsapp. Delivery that was supposed to be done in 5 days took 20 days and the beds (I bought 9) came without the protective metal corners. Complain to God, because with them you won't be able to talk. If they did this to me, I bought 9 beds, imagine who will buy just one. Then don't say I didn't warn you...

Não cumpriram o prazo; quando buscamos informações, Paula da Miami Mattress nos deu um outro prazo bem diferente do prometido na venda. Após termos passado 3 dias presos em casa para aguardar a entrega, me pediram para aguardar até sábado e mesmo esse outro prazo não foi cumprido. Nenhuma satisfação, nenhum posicionamento, nenhum pedido de desculpas... No WhatsApp fomos totalmente ignorados como clientes. Meu produto? Não chegou... Se vai chegar? Não sei também pois ninguém responde. Conclusão: Procon e processo se não se resolver nessa semana. Já é tão difícil conseguir comprar algo tão essencial como um colchão, e ainda temos que nos revoltar por algo tão básico como uma mera satisfação como sinal de respeito ao cliente.

It's so difficult to get buy something as essential as a mattress, and we still have to rebel us for something as basic as a mere satisfaction as customer respect.
