★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável, fui cliente por no mínimo 35 anos, comprei um bolo de abacaxi e pães, o bolo estava com recheio estragado, não era um bolo fresco como me foi dito, o pão estava duro, seco , impossível de se comer, daria só pra fazer farinha de rosca. Liguei informando o ocorrido e se isentaram da responsabilidade e me atribuiram a mesma , dizendo que o bolo de fruta só pode ser consumido no dia , nunca vi isso. Comprei na quinta a noite pra comer na sexta feira. Se eu não tivesse armazenado adequadamente nem teria ligado pra avisar, ficaria bem quietinha no meu canto. Eu perdi meu tempo e eles a cliente.
Ps. Não fui informada no momento que Comprei o bolo que deveria comer na hora . Absurdo isso

I bought it on Thursday night to eat on Friday. If I hadn't stored it properly, I wouldn't even have called to let you know, I'd be very quiet in my corner. I wasted my time and they the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorava os bolos da Mine ! Mas ontem tive a infelicidade de saborear o bolo cocada branca estava com o gosto azedo e a qualidade dos ingredientes despencaram. Ainda avisei a atendente que falou o bolo estava fresquinho. A cobertura estava dura não é creme de leite fresco. Não percam tempo caiu muito a qualidade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o bolo de Prestígio que sempre foi nosso preferido em casa e todos percebemos uma grande diferença. O recheio e a cobertura estão com sabor e textura diferentes. Não digo que o bolo estava ruim, mas infelizmente deixou de ser como era, o melhor bolo da região. Se puder retornar a receita e os ingredientes de antes, com certeza os clientes ficarão mais satisfeitos.
I bought the Prestige cake that has always been our favorite at home and we all noticed a big difference. The filling and topping are different in flavor and texture. I'm not saying the cake was bad, but unfortunately it's not what it used to be, the best cake in the region. If you can return the recipe and ingredients from before, customers will surely be more satisfied.
