Pegou minha impressora para orçamento, não retornou, não atendem o telefone e das poucas vezes que consegui chegar antes das 18hs do trabalho, estavam fechados.
Nem sequer retornaram com orçamento e já tem 2 meses. E estou sem minha impressora.
Não recomendo !!!

He took my printer for a quote, he didn't return, they don't answer the phone, and the few times I managed to get there before 6 pm from work, they were closed.
They didn't even return with a budget and it's already 2 months. And I am without my printer.
I do not recommend !!!

Deixei minha impressora pra instalar bulk, fui informado que ficaria pronto em um dia. Deixei numa sexta-feira, como não funcionam no sábado, era pra ficar pronta na segunda-feira. Esperei até a quarta feira, e ninguém entrou em contato comigo.. Tentei ligar e ninguém atende, fui lá e estava fechado. Na sexta feira fui lá pela manhã e estava fechado, liguei e nada... De tarde consegui ligar, e me informaram que ainda não estava pronto. O serviço que ia demorar um dia, não ficou pronto em uma semana. Muita falta de comprometimento com o cliente.
Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews here before I took my printer. Difficult to go there and find them.. Phone never answers. I left my printer to install bulk, I was told it would be ready in a day. I left it on a Friday, as they don't work on Saturday, it was supposed to be ready on Monday. I waited until Wednesday, and no one got in touch with me. I tried to call and no one answers, I went there and it was closed. On Friday I went there in the morning and it was closed, I called and nothing... In the afternoon I managed to call, and they informed me that it was not ready yet. The service that was going to take a day, was not ready in a week. A lot of lack of commitment to the customer.
