Aluguei um imóvel por intermédio dessa imobiliária por um ano e desde o primeiro momento se mostraram a PIOR imobiliária com a qual você vai alugar um imóvel. Desde o primeiro mês o que foi acordado não foi cumprido, causando imenso desgaste no relacionamento com a corretora. No decorrer do ano, diversas solicitações foram feitas ao proprietário, e demoram para repassar e responder os e-mails.
A área financeira deles é completamente desorganizada e os funcionários não se conversam. Ao encerrar o relacionamento, demonstram não ter o menor controle sobre os boletos que são pagos, ameaçando contatar o fiador sobre obrigações já quitadas sobre as quais são incapazes de controlar dentro da imobiliária.
Isso mesmo: o serviço de imobiliária (controlar boletos de aluguel dos inquilinos) não consegue ser feito adequadamente.
Justamente por isso ficam mandando e-mails intermináveis pedindo comprovantes, que eles poderiam facilmente controlar se fossem minimamente organizados e competentes - não é o caso.
Poupe certa dor de cabeça como inquilino (e muuuuuito trabalho desnecessário, e o trato com corretores mal educados) e alugue com outras imobiliárias da região.
ESCAPE THIS REAL ESTATE
I rented a property through this real estate company for a year and from the first moment they were shown the WORST real estate with which you will rent a property. Since the first month, what was agreed was not fulfilled, causing immense strain on the relationship with the broker. Throughout the year, several requests were made to the owner, and they take time to pass on and respond to emails.
Their financial area is completely disorganized and employees are not talking. Upon terminating the relationship, they demonstrate that they have no control over the slips that are paid, threatening to contact the guarantor about obligations already settled over which they are unable to control within the real estate.
That's right: the real estate service (controlling tenants' rent slips) cannot be done properly.
That is precisely why they keep sending endless emails asking for proofs, which they could easily control if they were minimally organized and competent - that is not the case.
Save yourself a headache as a tenant (and soooo much unnecessary work, and dealing with rude brokers) and rent with other real estate agents in the region.

Negociou o imóvel com outro interessado, sem ao menos me comunicar… isso que em tese só tinha eu de interessado….
Existem outras imobiliárias na região, escolham qualquer uma, menos q MMG
