O desejo de transmitir a filosofia naturalista adotada desde 1977 pelas criadoras do Moinho, Márcia e Tatiana Cardoso, fez nascer, em 1994 um entreposto num belo jardim para servir sucos e sanduíches naturais. O sucesso aumentou o cardápio, que passou a ter também arroz integral, sopas e cozidos. Tatiana Cardoso viu a necessidade do aperfeiçoamento e foi ao encontro do que há de melhor em culinária vegetariana em São Francisco, Nova Iorque e Colorado. De lá para cá, a culinária Natural Gourmet do Moinho de Pedra foi polida e amalgamada com um toque bem brasileiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite spots in town. Nice cozy environment that fits the excellent vegetarian food! There is a little daily variety of choices but everything is worth trying. That includes dessert! And small store in front helps a lot with different selected choices to bring home. A little expensive though.
