Antes desta postagem, tentei várias vezes conversar com algum reponsável pela empresa e a telefonista sempre inventava uma desculpa e me deixava na espera até a linha cair. Uma pena ver empresas com esse tipo de atitude, sem respeito e compromisso com os clientes, que foge a padrões éticos aceitáveis. Recomendo evitar, pois há empresas mais sérias nesse ramo.
Poor service in the commercial sector. Before this post, I tried several times to talk to someone responsible for the company and the operator always invented an excuse and left me waiting until the line fell. It's a shame to see companies with this kind of attitude, without respect and commitment to customers, which runs away from acceptable ethical standards. I recommend avoiding it, as there are more serious companies in this industry.
