★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência bastante ruim, me apresentaram uma casa pedindo um valor, fiz uma proposta e foi recusada, vi o anuncio da mesma casa em outra imobiliária dois dias depois, fiz a mesma proposta e foi aceita, depois fui acompanhando pelo site e chegaram a anunciar a mesma casa por mais de R$ 200. 000,00 do valor em que eu efetuei a compra. O que dá entender que estavam de olho na comissão, porém perderam a venda.
I had a very bad experience, they presented me with a house asking for a price, I made a proposal and it was refused, I saw the advertisement for the same house in another real estate two days later, I made the same proposal and it was accepted, then I followed it through the website and they came to advertise the same house for more than R $ 200,000.00 of the amount at which I made the purchase. Which suggests that they were watching the commission, but lost the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento...me arrependi amargamente de fazer um contrato com essa imobiliária..agem totalmente de má fé... não tem consideração nenhuma pelo cliente...jamais recomendaria pra alguma pessoa.
Terrible service... I bitterly regretted making a contract with this real estate agency... they act totally in bad faith... they have no regard for the client... I would never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência ao locar um imóvel nessa imibiliaria.
Na época em que estava locando o imóvel li as avaliações negativas aqui ,fiquei reseosa mais como me interessei pelo imóvel e que inclusive era de propriedade da imobiliária,concluída locação.
Durante período que morei arquei com todos os pagamentos rigorosamente em dia.
O imóvel começou apresentar problemas sérios de estrutura!(perdendo móveis),registrando tanto pessoalmente como e-mail os problemas com fotos e filmagens e nunca me retornaram.
Posteriormente decidi devolver imóvel. Minhas dores de cabeça começaram.
Entreguei as chaves e não acompanhei a vistoria pq eles não responderam os e-mail que enviei cobrando a vistoria.
Sabendo que eu deveria tampar alguns buracos que deixei na parede em virtude dos armários que coloquei.
Me retornaram depois de 30 dias sobre a vistoria.
Aí fui questionar sobre um acordo das perdas dos meus móveis,registrados via email ao Proprietário Roberto e Simone nunca tive retorno.
E logo após isso fui processada por eles.
Conclusão
Queria um valor absurdo para que eu cobrisse furos na parede
Esso valor era de 27 mil reais que eles queriam me cobrar.
Resumindo
Não indico de forma alguma essa empresa.
Inclusive aqui a avaliação deles é péssima.
Passado 2 anos que desocupei o imóvel não sei como ela fez uma cobrança num CPF da minha irmã que nunca morou no imóvel.
Péssima experiência.

I had a bad experience when renting a property in this imbiliaria.
At the time I was renting the property I read the negative reviews here, I was more resentful as I became interested in the property and that it was even owned by the real estate agency, concluded the lease.
During the period I lived, I kept all payments strictly on time.
The property started to present serious structural problems! (losing furniture), recording both personally and e-mail problems with photos and footage and they never returned to me.
Later I decided to return the property. My headaches started.
I handed over the keys and did not follow the inspection because they did not respond to the emails I sent charging for the inspection.
Knowing that I should plug some holes I left in the wall because of the cabinets I put up.
They returned to me after 30 days of the inspection.
Then I asked about an agreement for the loss of my furniture, registered via email to the Owner Roberto and Simone never got back.
And right after that I was sued by them.
Conclusion
I wanted an absurd amount for me to cover holes in the wall
That amount was 27 thousand reais that they wanted to charge me.
in short
I do not indicate this company in any way.
Even here their evaluation is terrible.
After 2 years I vacated the property, I don't know how she collected a CPF of my sister who never lived in the property.
