★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 18/08/2018, meu marido e eu deixamos nosso carro para ser lavado. Optamos pela lavagem com cera. O funcionário do estabelecimento nos informou que seriam necessárias aproximadamente duas horas para a realização do serviço. Quando retornamos, observamos que o veículo apresentava vários riscos decorrentes de lavagem com panos sujos ou empoeirados, além de um arranhão no teto, na parte traseira. Na tentativa de buscar uma resolução para o caso, o funcionário afirmou que os riscos não foram produzidos pela lavagem, além disso, exaltou-se manifestando uma péssima educação e cordialidade. Apesar de o responsável pelo local ter tentado encontrar uma solução para o caso, não voltaremos mais a este estabelecimento, em razão da falta de edução e péssima qualidade do serviço.
 Today, 08/18/2018, my husband and I left our car to be washed. We opted for washing with wax. The establishment employee informed us that it would take approximately two hours to perform the service. When we returned, we noticed that the vehicle presented several risks arising from washing with dirty or dusty cloths, in addition to a scratch on the roof at the rear. In an attempt to seek a resolution for the case, the official stated that the risks were not produced by the washing, in addition, he was exalted by manifesting a bad education and cordiality. Although the person in charge of the place tried to find a solution for the case, we will not be returning to this establishment, due to the lack of education and the poor quality of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro pra fazer uma lavagem completa + motor. Ao pegar o carro e chegar em casa reparei que entre os bancos não foi sequer aspirado, estava cheio de poeira. Também vários detalhes do painel não foi limpo. Tapete de papel só foi colocado 1 do lado do motorista, a parte dos frisos das portas tbm não foi limpo, estava bem sujo. Tive que fazer o restante da limpeza em casa. Também após lavagem do motor, 2 dias depois queimou o meu farol direito, e mais 2 dias queimou uma das setas dianteiras. Pode ter sido coincidência, mas nunca havia queimado uma lâmpada sequer do carro, e na mesma semana acontece isso. E não foi barato não.
I left my car to do a full wash + engine. When I got in the car and got home, I noticed that between the seats it wasn't even vacuumed, it was full of dust. Also several details of the panel has not been cleaned. Only a paper mat was placed on the driver's side, the door frame part was not cleaned, it was very dirty. I had to do the rest of the cleaning at home. Also after washing the engine, 2 days later my right headlight burned, and 2 more days it burned one of the front arrows. It may have been a coincidence, but I had never burned a car light bulb, and in the same week that happens. And it wasn't cheap.
