★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usei duas vezes, na terceira marquei o horário quando cheguei a atendente disse que não tinha nada marcado, e se quer tentou achar um encaixe com o erro deles. Na quarta vez marquei o horário e quando cheguei fui informado que o profissional tinha ido embora, mais uma vez a atendente nem se prontificou tentar achar a solução. Atendimento sofrível em questão de solução para o problema do cliente.
I used it twice, the third time I booked the appointment when I arrived the attendant said she didn't have anything scheduled, and if you want she tried to find a fit with their mistake. The fourth time I made an appointment and when I arrived I was informed that the professional had left, once again the attendant did not even try to find a solution. Poor service in terms of solving the customer's problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez hoje nessa barbearia, e como a primeira impressão é a que fica, fui surpreendido mto positivamente, desde o agendamento simples e fácil com lembretes via sms, ao atendimento do profissional Igor que foi o melhor que já recebi na vida, mesmo tendo visitado muitas barbearias o atendimento que recebi do começo ao fim foi muito bom, atendimento sem pressa, com todo cuidado para n cortar a pele, a barba feita com o maior capricho, o degrade ficou espetacular, virei cliente de primeira, vale cada centavo, até mesmo a abordagem sobre os produtos que eles possuem foi super sutil e agradável, só tenho a agradecer pelo atendimento exemplar nota 1000!!!
