Todos os problemas que tive foram resolvidos no mesmo dia, as vezes em menos de uma hora, com visita técnica!

All the problems I had were solved in the same day, sometimes in less than an hour, with a technical visit!

A empresa confia tanto na qualidade do seu produto que não exige fidelidade do cliente. Você só se mantém cliente da empresa pq quer, não por força de contrato.
Só tenho um arrependimento: "Não ter saído da NET Claro antes e virado cliente NetViaFibra"

The company trusts the quality of its product so much that it does not demand customer loyalty. You only remain a client of the company because you want to, not by virtue of a contract.
I just have one regret: "Not leaving NET Claro before and becoming a NetViaFibra client"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei a experiência! Os técnicos foram super atenciosos na instalação. Ensinaram o modo de usar e o cuidado com aparelho, fizeram o teste mostrando a qualidade da internet após instalação (inclusive fantástica a internet!).
Na minha região a internet é muito ruim, de todas as operadoras. Foi a primeira que atendeu de forma decente! Além disso, nenhuma outra atende com fibra ótica aqui!

I loved the experience! The technicians were super attentive during the installation. Taught how to use and care for the device, they did the test showing the quality of the internet after installation (including fantastic internet!).
In my region the internet is very bad, from all operators. It was the first one that answered in a decent way! Also, no other service with fiber optics here!
