Gosto muito das aulas de Jump, Step, Ginastica localizada, Forró e Alongamento.

Hello! I work out at Academia Nova Forma for 1 and a half years, I really like it, because it has great professionals. The wonderful reception, and I am well accompanied by the professionals.
I love the classes of Jump, Step, Localized Gymnastics, Forró and Stretching.
The teachers are wonderful and very attentive. Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!! <3
