★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo comer os lanches do No Ponto, o combo vem em uma boa quantidade, vc come e realmente fica satisfeito e ainda vem 2 molhos que são sensacionais. E dessa vez fui bem atendido pela mocinha do caixa, coisa rara na unidade do shopping.
I love eating No Ponto's snacks, the combo comes in a good amount, you eat and you're really satisfied and there are 2 sauces that are sensational. And this time I was well attended by the girl at the cashier, a rare thing in the mall unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente assíduo, até que em um pedido, ocorreu uma demora de quase 2 horas para entrega e, ao chegar, boa parte dos itens faltava.
Entrei em contato com o estabelecimento que, demorou ainda mais uma hora para trazer os itens, que ficaram gelados!
Nem para preparar um novo pedido... afinal, um alimento preparado pra consumo imediato levou três horas pra chegar!
Evidente que joguei fora! Liguei novamente para o estabelecimento e acabei sendo maltratado por quem me atendeu, me sugerindo que fosse presencialmente ao local para reclamar!
Nunca mais peço um nada desse local!
I was a regular customer, until an order took almost 2 hours for delivery and, when it arrived, most of the items were missing.
I contacted the establishment and it took another hour to bring the items, which were frozen!
Not even to prepare a new order... after all, food prepared for immediate consumption took three hours to arrive!
Obviously I threw it away! I called the establishment again and ended up being mistreated by those who answered me, suggesting that I go in person to the place to complain!
I will never order anything from this place again!
