★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para não generalizar, porque acredito que possa ter alguém ali que faça o trabalho direito, mas não foi o caso das que me atenderam. Um péssimo atendimento e ainda não souberam executar o serviço! Ou eles falharam no processo seletivo ou estão colocando qualquer um pra tapar buraco.
Not to generalize, because I believe there may be someone there who does the job right, but that was not the case with the ones who attended to me. Terrible service and they still didn't know how to perform the service! Either they failed the selection process or they're putting anyone to plug holes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima estrutura e ganharam um selo de qualidade em 2019, mas de lá pra cá colocaram qualquer pessoa como atendente pelo visto… sem preparo e sem profissionalismo. Só tive estresse e estou até agora querendo resolver meu problema. A atendente foi tão despreparada que até me bloqueou no WhatsApp hahaha. É até engraçado, mas é um despreparo total!!
Great structure and they won a quality seal in 2019, but since then they have put anyone as an attendant apparently… without preparation and without professionalism. I just had stress and I'm still trying to solve my problem. The attendant was so unprepared that she even blocked me on WhatsApp hahaha. It's even funny, but it's a total lack of preparation!!
