Fui muito mal atendida, depois ligava perguntando do orçamento e não me respondiam, até que eu decidi buscar o meu notebook e levar em outro lugar. Quando cheguei, minha máquina estava completamente desmontada e esperei montar pra pegar de volta.
Quando chegou na autorizada eles logo identificaram uma avaria na memória. Me perguntaram se meu computador já tinha ido em outro lugar porque no lugar das memórias originais (16gb em 2 pentes de 8gb) tinha apenas um pente de 4gb da Lenovo (o meu é Dell).
Meu computador nunca tinha sido aberto antes disso, e percebendo que tinham trocado minha memória, voltei nessa assistência horrorosa e ameacei chamar a polícia caso não me devolvessem minhas memórias originais. O rapaz ficou teimando que era só uma de 8gb, riu na minha cara e eu mostrava a nota fiscal e a service tag (que provavam que ele tinha 16gb) e ele repetia que era só uma de 8gb.
Por fim, colocou 2 pentes de memória de 8gb nele e fechou. Chegando na autorizada, descobriram que um pente era o meu e o outro (que era diferente) não era o meu e estava queimado. Levei um prejuízo de quase R$400 para comprar outra memória. E o orçamento altíssimo que me passaram estava errado, na autorizada identificaram outros problemas por um custo significativamente menor.
Não aconselho a ninguém levar nada pra esse lugar. Nunca vi coisa igual na minha vida.
 It was the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider.
I was very poorly attended, then called asking from the budget and did not respond, until I decided to get my notebook and take somewhere else. When I arrived, my machine was completely dismantled and I waited to mount to get it back.
When it arrived at the authorized one they soon identified a fault in the memory. I was asked if my computer had already gone elsewhere because instead of the original memories (16GB on 2 8GB combs) I had only a 4GB Lenovo comb (mine is Dell).
My computer had never been opened before then, and realizing that they had changed my memory, I returned to this horrific assistance and threatened to call the police if my original memories were not returned. The boy was stubborn that it was only 8GB, he laughed in my face and I showed the invoice and the service tag (which proved that he was 16gb) and he repeated that it was only 8gb.
Finally, he put 2 8GB memory combs in it and closed it. Arriving at the authorized, they discovered that one comb was mine and the other (which was different) was not mine and was burned. I took a loss of almost $ 400 to buy another memory. And the very high budget they gave me was wrong, the authorized one identified other problems at a significantly lower cost.
I do not advise anyone to bring anything to this place. I've never seen anything like it in my life.

Levei meu note em uma autorizada que me disso que seria melhor comprar um novo, pois tinha sido a placa, levei no Notesolucion e eles descobriram que era a tela fizeram o orçamento gratuito e trocaram a tela. O meu sistema operacional voltou até melhor. Parabéns! RECOMENDO! Fiquei muito feliz com o resultado.
Excellent. Seriously, guys, it's really worth going there. Honesty, excellence and a great job done. The kind of quality in service that is no longer to be found. I took my note at an authorized company that told me it would be better to buy a new one, because it had been the card, I took it with Notesolucion and they found out it was the screen, they did the free quote and changed the screen. My operating system came back even better. Congratulations! I RECOMMEND! I was very happy with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. Mau humorado!! Levei duas vezes o computador. Na primeira, depois de três semanas, me disseram que era simples trocaram ventoinha, pasta e fonte. Me custou 250. Passaram 15 dias mesmo problema. Levei novamente mais três semanas trocaram Nova ventoinha e beleza. Após 10 dias levei em outro lugar. Trocaram pasta que não tinha sido trocada, ficaram a fonte que estava solta e colocaram uma ventoinha original Nova. Só preju e perda de tempo. Nada a ver com isso comentários antigos. Não recomendo.
Very bad service. Bad tempered!! I took the computer twice. In the first one, after three weeks, I was told it was simple, they changed the fan, folder and power supply. It cost me 250. It took 15 days with the same problem. It took me again another three weeks they changed New fan and beauty. After 10 days I took it somewhere else. They changed folder that hadn't been changed, kept the loose font and put in an original Nova fan. Just harm and waste of time. Nothing to do with this old comments. I do not recommend.
