O Corretor Eduardo é um péssimo profissional, até o momento de fechar o contrato de locação foi super solícito, após mudar para o imóvel estou tendo varios problemas (6 meses sinalizando) e este corretor só enrola, só da respostas genéricas e os"profissionais" que ele arruma para fazer a reforma não sabem o que estão fazendo, apenas gastam material e o problema continua.
Para quem pretende alugar uma casa com eles não recomendo, para quem deseja colocar seu imóvel nesta imobiliária para locar também nao recomendo.
Terrible real estate, do not recommend! Broker Eduardo is a terrible professional, until the time of closing the lease was super solicitous, after moving to the property I am having several problems (6 months signaling) and this broker just messes up, only the generic answers and the "professionals" that he manages to do the renovation they don’t know what they’re doing, they just spend material and the problem continues.
For those who want to rent a house with them I do not recommend, for those who want to put their property in this real estate to rent also do not recommend.
