★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava fazendo uma compra de 14un de máscara PFF2 através do site, porém não deu opção de envio, decidi então entrar em contato através do Whatsapp e fui informada que estavam tentando corrigir o erro, mas que assim que conseguissem resolver, entrariam em contato. Não me avisaram quando "arrumaram" o problema e quando entrei novamente no site cerca de 2h depois do primeiro contato, o produto havia sofrido um aumento de 70% no valor, entrei em contato novamente e disseram que iam "ver o que havia acontecido", acontece que entrei mais uma vez no site e o produto deu como esgotado e alguns minutos depois, surgiu novamente como disponível e com preço maior do que o que estava sendo apresentado da primeira vez. A explicação, segundo a responsável, é que durante a madrugada eles tiveram muitos pedidos e o estoque acabou, entretanto, conseguiram um novo estoque super rápido e por um preço diferente, sendo que ela disse que não sabia que havia acabado, mas depois falou que ela quem fez a compra do novo estoque... Isso é, incoerencia e má fé por parte da empresa que aproveitou de uma "publicidade gratuita" que um canal do Youtube fez sobre o produto para ganhar dinheiro em cima disso.

The explanation, according to the official, is that during the night they had many orders and the stock ran out, however, they got a new stock super fast and at a different price, and she said she didn't know it was over, but later said that she who made the purchase of the new stock ... That is, inconsistency and bad faith on the part of the company that took advantage of a "free advertising" that a YouTube channel did about the product to earn money on top of that.
