Eu tenho várias restrições alimentares e problemas de saúde e o Fábio conseguiu adequar o cardápio de forma que não é um sacrifício seguir. Consegui eliminar 7kgs até o momento e continuo com a dieta para eliminar mais.

Realmente realizou um trabalho sob medida, onde levou em conta não só o que eu deveria comer, mas como eu iria poder chegar aos meus objetivos de acordo com as minhas condições (física, psíquica, e financeira rs).

Best experience I've ever had in nutritionists. In addition to all the technological support (many that I have never seen in other offices) the professional is extremely attentive and very clear in all his explanations...
He really did a bespoke work, where he took into account not only what I should eat, but how I would be able to reach my goals according to my conditions (physical, mental, and financial lol).

Ele faz praticamente um trabalho investigativo pra definir uma dieta com a melhor performance.
Como eu sou surfista e praticante de Jiu-Jitsu, uma boa dieta faz toda a diferença, a dieta definida na última consulta não poderia ter sido melhor, fiquei mais leve e com maior explosão no corpo.
Não troco de Nutricionista por nada (nem de graça)

He practically does investigative work to define a diet with the best performance.
As I'm a surfer and a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, a good diet makes all the difference, the diet defined in the last visit couldn't have been better, I'm lighter and more explosive in my body.
