Achei que seria bem difícil, mas consigo seguir minha dieta tranquila por ela manter basicamente tudo que gosto de comer, em menos de 1 mês de dieta me sinto bem melhor em relação a inchaço, intestino por seguir uma alimentação saudável!
Dr Rachel is AWESOME!
I thought it would be very difficult, but I manage to follow my quiet diet because it basically maintains everything I like to eat, in less than 1 month of diet I feel much better in relation to bloating, intestines for following a healthy diet!
