★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um excelente atendimento em Sorocaba, mas péssima instalação. Faltou acabamento até hoje tem coisa inacabada e mal instalada. Me enchi da revenda. Parecia que estavam fazendo favor/esmola e desisti de insistir para acertar pois não aguentava mais ouvir desculpas e promessas. A parte boa desta história é que fecharam a filial aqui nesta cidade. Tomara que a qualidade das demais tenha melhorado nestes anos que se passaram.... Boa sorte!
I had an excellent service in Sorocaba, but a bad installation. Lack of finishing until today has something unfinished and poorly installed. I got fed up with the dealership. It looked like they were doing favor / alms and I gave up insisting on getting it right because I couldn't take any more excuses and promises. The good part of this story is that they closed the branch here in this city. I hope the quality of the others has improved in these years that have passed .... Good luck!
