★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que essa unidade da Ofner no shopping Eldorado é a que tem o melhor atendimento, muito espaço e as vitrines estão sempre cheias, muuuitas opcoes, doces incríveis e os salgados não ficam por menos. O cafe espresso e o mil folhas é uma excelente opção. A empada de frango é sensacional, uma das melhores! Local extremamente bem localizado, no primeiro piso do Shopping Eldorado. Vale muito conhecer e frequentar!!
I believe that Ofner's unit at the Eldorado mall is the one with the best service, lots of space and the windows are always full, many options, incredible sweets and savory snacks are no less. The espresso and milfoil coffee is an excellent option. The chicken pie is sensational, one of the best! Extremely well located, on the first floor of Shopping Eldorado. It's worth knowing and attending!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que não experimentei muita coisa da franquia ainda, mas o local é bonito, agradável, com variedade de cafés e bolos.... Acabei pegando um sorvete que por sinal estava incrível e acabei esquecendo uma sacola no estabelecimento. Liguei alguns minutos depois e o pessoal que já havia guardado os meus pertences, anotaram meu nome e foram super educados até que eu pudesse voltar e retirar na loja. Só tenho elogios ao atendimento! Não é a toa que o local está sempre cheio ??
I confess that I haven't tried much of the franchise yet, but the place is beautiful, pleasant, with a variety of coffees and cakes... I ended up getting an ice cream that by the way was amazing and ended up forgetting a bag at the establishment. I called a few minutes later and the people who had already stored my belongings, took my name down and were super polite until I could go back and pick it up at the store. I only have compliments on the service! No wonder the place is always full ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ofner is a great Confeitaria with deliciacies in looks and in taste. I had Nougat-Pudding Pastry with Maracuja filling and a Cappuccino served with a nut cookie. It was hard to decide between all these fancy looking desserts but I made my choice in the end and it was so yummy. The seating in the shopping center Eldorado close to the business district Faria Lima is nice and they also have a outdoor seating possibility. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.
The Ofner reminded not only by the name but also by the style of an Austrian Konditorei with all its delicacies.
