Never ask to print a photo from a file in this store. The photo just comes out all cut off and the employee just responds with "there is no way, that's right"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida por um funcionário que não sabia redimensionar uma foto... Carambolas... eu que não trabalho com fotos consigo redimensionar usando um programa toscamente básico como Paint... Mas o dito funcionário, apesar de afirmar ter competência e dizer saber usar Photoshop... Não conseguia realizar essa tarefa básica.
I was met by an employee who did not resize a photo Carambolas ... ... I do not work with photos can resize using a crudely basic program like Paint ... But the official said, despite claiming to have expertise and know how to use say Photoshop ... I could not accomplish this basic task.

Tive problemas com uma lente e eles foram muito atenciosos. Demorou um pouco é bem verdade, mas tive toda assistência necessária e no fim os óculos ficaram perfeitos.
I ordered 2 glasses made from this optician.
I had problems with a lens and they were very attentive. It took a while, it's true, but I had all the assistance I needed and in the end the glasses were perfect.
