★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que vivenciei no atendimento desse lugar hoje não tem nem nome.
Pela manhã encaminhei fotos de um motor de secadora para a loja, eles me informaram que tinham e peça a base de troca, então parti com o motor para loja, sem saber que o mesmo não poderia estar com um suporte que o prende a máquina. São 3 parafusos, não mais que isso. Ao chegar lá o vendedor me olhou com visível deboche (o msm com o qual ele havia tratado um senhor que foi atendimento antes de mim, e que estava procurando uma peça de plástico), e ao me atender, munido de seu deboche e indiferença, ele simplesmente disse que não tinha uma chave de fenda para retirar o suporte e me vender o motor. Mas eu havia mandado foto da peça antes no msm estado em que ela chegou lá, e nada me foi dito.

Morning escalated pictures of a dryer motor to the store, they informed me that they had and ask the trade-in, then left with the engine to store, unaware that the same could not be with a holder that holds the machine. There are 3 screws, no more than that. When I got there, the salesman looked at me with visible debauchery (the msm with which he had treated a man who was seen before me, and who was looking for a piece of plastic), and when he answered, armed with his debauchery and indifference, he just said he had a screwdriver to remove the holder and sell me the engine. But I had sent a picture of the piece earlier in the same state as it got there, and nothing was said to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está em uma boa localização, porém fica em uma Av bem movimentada e só tem 2 vagas p estacionar. Tem uma boa variedade de mercadorias mas o preço fica um pouco acima da concorrência. Atendem por telefone ou presencialmente. O atendimento não é dos melhores mas da pro gasto .
It is in a good location, but it is on a very busy Av and only has 2 parking spaces. It has a good variety of goods but the price is slightly above the competition. Answer by phone or in person. The service is not the best but the pro expense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compro mais nada, não indico e nem passo mais o tel dessa loja para ninguém.
Há mais de cinco anos comprava peças e dava o tel dessa loja para quem precisasse. Hoje, eu liguei perguntando se eles tinham uma placa de uma marca específica, e eles falaram que não trabalhavam com a marca, perguntei se eles podiam me passar o tel. da empresa que recondicionava as placas deles para ver se eles poderiam me prestar o serviço, e a atendente me falou que não poderia passar o contato, simples, abri uma máquina que eu consertei, peguei o nome da empresa, abri o Google e consegui o contato, e eles perderam o cliente.
Muitos técnicos já haviam descido a lenha nessa loja para mim, hoje sou eu, e com certeza essas cinco estrelas que dão, são de funcionários e amigos do dono.
I don’t buy anything else, I don’t recommend and I don’t pass the tel of this store to anyone else.
More than five years ago I bought parts and gave the tel of this store to anyone who needed it. Today, I called asking if they had a sign for a specific brand, and they said they didn't work with the brand, I asked if they could give me the tel. from the company that reconditioned their plates to see if they could provide the service for me, and the clerk told me that I couldn’t pass the contact, simple, I opened a machine that I fixed, I got the company name, I opened Google and got the contact, and they lost the customer.
Many technicians had already gone down the wood in this store for me, today it is me, and certainly these five stars that they give are from the owner's employees and friends.
