1) Perda muito grande de Qualidade no Nível de Serviços Prestados.
2) Imposição de Regras não previstas no Contrato de Serviços.
3) Mudanças Repentinas e Descumprimento de Contrato.
4) Assédio Moral praticado aos Colaboradores do Orgânico.
5) O Orgânico se tornou uma “Bolha” com práticas nada democráticas, coerentes e leais.
6) O Orgânico parou no tempo, não Evoluiu nas práticas, tornou-se caro, o seu preço ficou maior que o valor do serviço oferecido.
7) Limitação, Cancelamento Repentino de Agendamento e Falta de Privacidade das Salas de Reuniões.
8) Falta de Profissionalismo e Racionalidade por parte da Diretora Sócia Lisiane Olsson, ao conduzir procedimentos rotineiros e relacionamento profissional junto a alguns Co Workers.
9) O novo Concorrente We Work supera muito o Orgânico em pelos 5(cinco) pontos fundamentais e facilitadores para Co Workers.
10) O Orgânico descumpri obrigações Trabalhistas, Tributárias e Legais.
 The 10 Reasons that led me to leave Organic after 18 months!
1) Very large loss of quality in the level of services provided.
2) Imposition of Rules not provided for in the Service Agreement.
3) Sudden Changes and Breach of Contract.
4) Moral Harassment practiced to Organic Employees.
5) Organic has become a “Bubble” with undemocratic, coherent and loyal practices.
6) Organic stopped in time, did not evolve in practice, became expensive, its price was higher than the value of the service offered.
7) Limitation, Sudden Cancellation of Scheduling and Lack of Privacy of Meeting Rooms.
8) Lack of Professionalism and Rationality by Partner Director Lisiane Olsson, when conducting routine procedures and professional relationship with some Co Workers.
9) The new We Work Contestant far outperforms Organic by at least five (5) key points and facilitators for Co Workers.
10) The Organic breaches Labor, Tax and Legal obligations.

Lugar agradável, acesso fácil, moderno, atendimento da Manu maravilhosa, estrutura com vários ambientes desde uma reunião pequena e também para grupos bem maiores. Ah, sem falar no Studio para gravações de propagandas… Hoje a vida é muito corrida, estar num lugar que agrega elegância, um bom café, boa estrutura e um preço justo por isso, não pensei duas vezes! Recomendo !!!
I've been a customer for a few months. Simply “everything a business enterprise needs”. Pleasant place, easy access, modern, wonderful service by Manu, structure with various environments from a small meeting and also for much larger groups. Oh, not to mention the Studio for recording advertisements… Today life is very busy, being in a place that adds elegance, a good coffee, good structure and a fair price, so I didn't think twice! I recommend !!!
