O Rafael (corretor) ficou prontamente à disposição para a visita no local e me dar as orientações. Como houve meu interesse, tudo correu tranquilamente. Rápido e digital. Excelente!
 I had a very pleasant experience visiting a rental property and quickly started and completed the process in approximately two weeks. Rafael (broker) was readily available to visit the site and give me directions. As there was my interest, everything went smoothly. Fast and digital. Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento do Rafael e falta de profissionalismo ao fazer o cliente de palhaço. Vi um anúncio publicado em uma segunda feira por volta de 12:20. 12:40 entrei em contato com a imobiliária que me passou o número do corretor Rafael, mandei mensagem na mesma hora, o mesmo visualizou e não respondeu. Na terça feira insisti mandando outra mensagem e ele me respondeu, mandei o link do imóvel e perguntei se estava disponível e que gostaria de marcar uma visita. O mesmo disse que sim e marcou uma visita para quarta feira 16h. Quando foi 15h mandei mensagem perguntando se estava certa a visita pois estaria saindo do trabalho e ele me confirmou dizendo que quem nos acompanharia era o zelador, até aí tudo bem, chegando lá o zelador nos levou em um apartamento totalmente diferente do anúncio, questionei sobre e o mesmo disse que o outro havia sido alugado, daí entendi o corretor nem perder seu tempo pra ir em visita mas fazer o cliente perder. Não indico e nem vou utilizar mais os serviços da imobiliária, total falta de respeito e andei vendo os comentários daqui e entendi que não sou só eu pois existem diversas reclamações parecidas sobre a mesma pessoa. Não sei como uma empresa ainda mantém um funcionário desse tipo.
Bad service from Rafael and lack of professionalism when making the customer a clown. I saw an ad posted on a Monday around 12:20. 12:40 I contacted the real estate agent who gave me the number of the broker Rafael, I sent a message at the same time, he saw it and did not respond. On Tuesday I insisted by sending another message and he replied, I sent the property link and asked if it was available and that I would like to schedule a visit. The same said yes and scheduled a visit for Wednesday at 4 pm. When it was 3 pm I sent a message asking if the visit was right because he would be leaving work and he confirmed me saying that the caretaker would accompany us, so far so good, when we got there the caretaker took us to an apartment totally different from the ad, I asked about and the same said that the other had been rented, so I understood the broker was not even wasting his time to go on a visit, but to make the client lose. I don't recommend and I won't use the real estate services anymore, total lack of respect and I've been looking at the comments here and I understand that it's not just me because there are several similar complaints about the same person. I don't know how a company still keeps such an employee.
