★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico péssimo, soou como se estivessem me fazendo um favor por marcar uma consulta. Como a primeira impressão é a que conta, não recomendo.
 Phone call lousy, it sounded like they were doing me a favor by making an appointment. As the first impression counts, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com o cliente. Tinha uma consulta marcada na segunda feira às 8h, cheguei até o local para ser informado que o médico desmarcou todos os pacientes do dia. Disseram que o "sistema" avisou por SMS (que não foi recebido), e a consulta foi simplesmente remarcada para outro dia em um horário aleatório.
Além da péssima experiência, em consultas anteriores o médico nem olhou os exames, e apenas repetiu o que estava escrito no laudo.
Total neglect with the client. Had an appointment scheduled on Monday at 8am, I arrived to the place to be informed that the doctor cleared all patients of the day. They said the "system" warned by SMS (which was not received), and the appointment was simply rescheduled for another day at a random time.
Besides the bad experience, in previous consultations the doctor didn't even look at the exams, and just repeated what was written in the report.
