Foi a primeira loja de óculos que fui, expliquei que gostaria de pesquisar melhor, ao invés de ser uma vendedora chata e insistente, me deixou livre e a vontade, não teve jeito, em outras óticas não tinha o que a ótica Carol me ofereceu, voltei, fiz negócio e no mesmo dia meu óculos ficou pronto e perfeito! Estou muito satisfeita e recomendo para todos!

Sou cliente das Óticas Carol há bastante tempo.
Sempre procuro pela Angela, uma excelente profissional, educadíssima e que tem um " feeling" todo especial para me atender.
Ela consegue sentir as necessidades do cliente e faz com que eu me sinta muito à vontade na loja. Muitas vezes tenho vontade de passar a tarde lá....rsrs...com sua gentileza, seu cafézinho delicioso....com um sorriso lindo no rosto.
Ela já chegou a levar os óculos para mim em final de semana, pois meus horários de trabalho são muito apertados e não tinha tempo de buscá- los na loja.
Fora a simpatia dela, que tem toda a paciência deste mundo, colocando a " loja abaixo".....sou libriana e muito indecisa....rsrsrs

I always look for Angela, an excellent professional, very polite and who has a very special "feeling" to serve me.
She can feel the needs of the customer and makes me feel very comfortable in the store. I often feel like spending the afternoon there .... lol ... with your kindness, your delicious little coffee .... with a beautiful smile on your face.
She even took the glasses to me on the weekend, as my work hours are very tight and I didn't have time to pick them up at the store.
