Mandei uma mensagem e disseram que parece que a funcionária esqueceu de descer com o meu pedido. Depois disso, mandei uma mensagem e simplesmente visualizaram e não me responderam mais.
Um absurdo com o cliente, péssimo atendimento.
Não recomendo e perderam um cliente pra nunca mais!
We ordered a pizza 9:20 pm and were told the deadline was about 1:30 pm. The deadline passed and none of the pizza arrived. I texted and said it looks like the clerk forgot to come down with my order. After that, I sent a message and they simply visualized and didn't reply anymore.
An absurdity with the customer, bad service.
I don't recommend and they lost a customer for ever!

A segunda esperei 1hr e 30 e depois disseram que não estava pronta.
Descaso com os clientes.
It doesn't even deserve a star, I was angry twice, I ordered the first one and it didn't deliver,
The second I waited 1hr and 30 and then they said it wasn't ready.
Negligence with customers.

O link de pedido diz 45min e a pizza chega em absurdas 2 horas, sempre dão uma desculpa diferente. Pedi 3x e não peço mais. Não fazem questão do cliente!
