★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agencia é escondida e pequena. Não abre no horário de forma alguma. Cheguei as 8:45 as meninas ficam mechendo no celular antes de abrir pelo menos no horário correto. As meninas são lentas e trabalha com uma má vontade. Como lá é pequeno fica caixa para tudo que é lado. A bate na gente com as caixas e nem pedem desculpas. Ai reclamei cadê o supervisor aí me falam que só chega às 11hs. Simplesmente péssimo e aí pergunto cadê o dono para ver isso. Lamentável. Não recomendo nem para o meu pior inimigo
Agency is hidden and small. It does not open on time at all. I arrived at 8:45 and the girls are using my cell phone before it opens at least at the correct time. Girls are slow and work grudgingly. As it is small there is a box for everything. She hits us with the boxes and they don't even apologize. Then I complained, where is the supervisor, they tell me that he only arrives at 11 am. Simply awful and then I ask where the owner is to see this. Unfortunate. I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta agência dos Correios tem funcionários muito educados e atenciosos, infelizmente em certos horários o tempo de espera é muito grande. Porém mesmo assim os funcionários se desdobram para atender todos os clientes. Já aconteceu de atenderem até depois das 17hrs horário de fechamento pela quantidade de clientes pra serem atendidos.
O local é pequeno e possue apenas 4 caixas isto limita a capacidade de atendimento da demanda.
Uma das dicas pra melhoria é a inclusão do pagamento com cartões de crédito e débito. Algo comum em outras agências que ainda não é realidade nesta.
This post office has very polite and attentive staff, unfortunately at certain times the waiting time is very long. But even so, employees deploy to serve all customers. It has happened to serve until after 17hrs closing time by the amount of customers to be served.
The place is small and has only 4 boxes this limits the ability to meet the demand.
One of the tips for improvement is the inclusion of credit and debit card payment. Something common in other agencies that is not yet reality in this.
