★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, descaso total com o pedido não retirado e não entregue pelo motoboy do Uber Eats. Não se interessou em resolver o problema, apesar da espera longa pra receber 02 pizzas (que não vieram). Cuidado com esse restaurante.
 Poor service, total disregard with the order not withdrawn and not delivered by the Uber Eats courier. He wasn't interested in solving the problem, despite the long wait to receive 02 pizzas (which didn't come). Beware of this restaurant.

Great service and value for money both by phone call or by the apps out that pizza is the best I have ever eaten in my entire life.

Por R$ 50,00 para uma Pizza de palmito espero receber mais do que aquele palmito picado barato, pouco queijo e nenhum molho de tomate na massa. Nesta qualidade existem diversas pizzerias que oferecem pizza na promoção por R$ 30,00 com melhor qualidade.
Perdeu um cliente. :)
Only 2 star rating for the quality of the pizza received and the price charged.
For $ 50 for a palm heart pizza I expect to get more than that cheap chopped palm heart, little cheese and no tomato sauce in the dough. In this quality there are several pizzerias that offer pizza on sale for $ 30.00 with better quality.
Lost a customer. :)

Obs. Precisa de um atendente(a) fixa no local pois as vezes as pessoas passam e demoram serem atendidas devido todos estárem trabalhando muito.
#Detalhe que a CERVEJA é bem GELADA com ótimo $$ diferente dos outros locais de Moema. RECOMENDO pois o Ceará é gente boa!!!
I'm new here in Moema, the place is nice, the pizzas and pastries are great!
Obs. You need an attendant (a) fixed in place because sometimes people pass and take time to be attended because everyone is working hard.
#Detail that the BEER is very FROSTY with great $$ different from the other places in Moema. I recommend it because Ceará is good people !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou consumidor da Panem Nostrum há alguns anos. Hoje pedi 2 pizzas que vieram menores que o habitual e qdo entrei em contato o argumento foi o aumento do tamanho da caixa. Além de enganado tive que ouvir esse absurdo. "O cliente nunca mais terá razão".
I have been a consumer of Panem Nostrum for some years. Today I ordered 2 pizzas that came smaller than usual and when I got in touch the argument was to increase the size of the box. Besides being deceived, I had to listen to this absurdity. "The customer will never be right again".
