★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefone divulgado não atendem, cai direto na caixa postal. Liguei durante a semana para pedir informações e nunca consegui falar com ninguém, tive que me deslocar até a loja para saber se tinha o que eu estava precisando. E foi uma perca de tempo, porque não tinha o que estava á procura.
Uma falta de respeito, pois tudo teria se resolvido com um simples telefonema.
Disclosed phone does not answer, it goes straight to voicemail. I called during the week to ask for information and I was never able to talk to anyone, I had to go to the store to see if I had what I needed. And it was a waste of time, because I didn't have what I was looking for.
A lack of respect, because everything would have been resolved with a simple phone call.

Um dia antes de ir pessoalmente a Loja física, conversei com o vendedor que me confirmou ter a mercadoria que eu precisava, me passou o preço e ficou acertado que eu iria a loja física para pagar e retirar a mercadoria.
No dia seguinte, estive no endereço indicado no site e em plena 3ª feira, às 14 horas, a loja estava fechada. Tentei ligar no telefone do site, ninguém atendeu. Enviei mensagens pelo whatsapp, a pessoa leu as mensagens e não as respondeu. Conversei com a vendedora de uma loja do outro lado da rua, que me informou que outros clientes também haviam estado no endereço no período da manhã e também não conseguiram ser atendidos na Loja Paradise.
Até hoje não tive qualquer retorno desta loja.
O que posso dizer...
Parabéns! Parabéns aos proprietários da Paradise pela total falta de respeito com a qual tratam seus clientes. Com certeza, são pessoas avessas ao sucesso.
Infelizmente, para mim e demais pessoas que estiveram à procura de atendimento desta loja, foi uma enorme perda de tempo.
Terrible attendance!
The day before going to the physical store in person, I talked to the salesperson who confirmed that he had the goods I needed, gave me the price and it was agreed that I would go to the physical store to pay and collect the goods.
The next day, I was at the address indicated on the website and on Tuesday, at 2 pm, the store was closed. I tried calling the phone number on the website, no one answered. I sent messages through whatsapp, the person read the messages and did not respond. I talked to the saleswoman of a store across the street, who informed me that other customers had also been at the address in the morning and also could not be served at the Paradise Store.
To date, I have not received any response from this store.
What can I say...
Congratulations! Congratulations to the owners of Paradise for the total lack of respect with which they treat their customers. Certainly, they are people averse to success.
Unfortunately, for me and other people who were looking for service from this store, it was a huge waste of time.
