★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou indignada. Aluguei um imóvel na Paulo Bio, com um valor de seguro para Porto Seguro, por volta de 8 mil. Sai do imóvel dia 15 de setembro de 2021, fazem exatos 6 meses. Até hoje eles não me pagaram o restante que ficou em a ver . Sempre uma desculpa diferente porque dizem que o proprietário tem que assinar um papel. Uma hora não está na cidade pois está viajando no Carnaval, em outro momento está doente ou alguém da família. Enfim no mínimo um descaso com o inquilino.
