No meu caso, foi a instalação de piso vinilico sob piso de cerâmica e tiveram todo o cuidado de fazer a avaliação para a colocar argamassa antes. Enfim, extremamente satisfeita com o Pisos ABC.
Excellent service and perfect installation. They responded to all my requests and answered all my questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a loja por acaso na internet, so tinha tempo de pesquisar aos finais de semana e o sr adauto me deu todo o suporte no whats em um domingo e feriado, o que foi determinante para que eu continuasse a negociacao. Escolhi o modelo por uma foto de uma instalacao deles e ficou certinho do jeito que eu queria. O serviço foi feito pela equipe do instalador marcio e ficou otimo. O piso escolhido foi o papoula e combinou bastante com a parede cinza cromio

O vendedor atende bem mas deixa de prestar alguns serviços básicos.
A instalação agendada para segunda feira e ele aparece somente no começo da semana anterior pra confirmar as medidas e começa a colocar defeitos no contrapiso (que irá fazer barulho, que vai esfarelar, etc). Piso instalado da mesma maneira e 2uase 1 ano depois depois sem problrma nenhum nesse sentido.
Foi instalado em época fria, quando veio o calor em menos de 2 meses, alguns pontos do rodapé e de acabamento diltatam e acabou ficando feio, precisando de manutenção da loja.
Aí que mora o problema.
Após enviar mensagem diversas vezes pelo WhatsApp, passar na loja e conversar com a esposa dele, a desculpa era sempre a mesma: isso é fácil de arrumar, eu vou ver com o instalador, na próxima semana a gente resolve isso em 5 minutos.
Depois de meses de cobrança, desisti.
Eu mesmo arrumei o que conseguia (rodapé está feio até hoje) e faço de tudo para não recomendar essa loja.
Comprem na Mixfloor da Vergueiro. Preço um pouco maior mas o profissionalismo é extremamente maior!
Atualizacao: o Vendedor entrou em contato comigo após a reclamação dizendo o absurdo que o cliente que tem que avisar se o técnico foi ou não arrumar pq ele não tem controle disso. Se prontificou a arrumar.
Dias depois, em uma sexta feira, perguntou se podia ir no dia seguinte.
Obviamente, não esperava a ligação e não estaria em casa. Pedi que me ligasse com antecedência, mesmo durante a semana, para agendarmos.
Nunca mais deu retorno.
Bad experience.
The seller serves well but fails to provide some basic services.
The installation is scheduled for Monday and he only appears at the beginning of the previous week to confirm the measurements and starts to make defects in the subfloor (which will make noise, which will crumble, etc). Floor installed in the same way and almost 1 year later without any problem in this regard.
It was installed in the cold season, when the heat came in less than 2 months, some points in the baseboard and finishing diltate and ended up being ugly, requiring maintenance in the store.
Therein lies the problem.
After sending a message several times over WhatsApp, stopping by the store and talking to his wife, the excuse was always the same: this is easy to fix, I'll check with the installer, next week we'll solve this in 5 minutes.
After months of charging, I gave up.
I myself fixed what I could (the baseboard is still ugly today) and I do my best not to recommend this store.
Buy at Vergueiro's Mixfloor. A little higher price but the professionalism is extremely higher!
Update: the Seller contacted me after the complaint saying the absurdity that the customer has to advise whether or not the technician has fixed it because he has no control over it. He volunteered to clean up.
A few days later, on a Friday, he asked if he could go the next day.
Obviously, he hadn't expected the call and wouldn't be home. I asked you to call me in advance, even during the week, to schedule it.
He never returned.

Atendimento excelente pelo WhatsApp e pessoalmente. Fui a loja para avaliar o material e até mesmo escolher a cor. Fui muito bem recepcionada até pela FOFA DA PANDORA... A equipe teve a sensibilidade em fazer por partes, pois no meu caso o apto estava em uso.. EQUIPE educada, alto astral, organizada e LIMPAAAAA... O material lindo... Eles atenderam ao meu pedido por dias específicos, pois não estaria em determinados dias em casa... Enfim.. Nota mil... Muito obrigada por todo atendimento de qualidade....

Excellent service by WhatsApp and in person. I went to the store to evaluate the material and even choose the color. I was very well received even by FOFA DA PANDORA... The team had the sensitivity to do it in parts, because in my case the apartment was in use.. Polite STAFF, high spirits, organized and CLEAN... The material is beautiful.. They answered my request for specific days, because I wouldn't be at home on certain days... Anyway.. A thousand... Thank you so much for all the quality service....
