Nosso bebê estava há um tempo suspenso de banhos pela veterinária depois de um episódio traumático em outro banho e tosa, hoje tomou banho pela primeira vez no Pitika's.
Foi super bem tratado durante o banho, todo o resultado final da pra notar de longe o capricho e cuidado com o seu bichinho.
Isso é raro hoje em dia. Principalmente em Guarulhos, tem muitos lugares com profissionais que claramente não estão preparados para trabalhar com animais que são seres tão puros e delicados.
É preciso compreender o que o animal está transmitindo para então atendê-lo da melhor forma possível. Porque é assim que todos nós desejamos ser tratados, não seria diferente com eles.
E com a Taina eu senti isso desde o primeiro contato via WhatsApp.

I have no words to describe the service at Pitika's Pet Shop I am so grateful.
Our baby had been suspended from baths for a while by the vet after a traumatic episode in another bath and grooming, today he bathed for the first time at Pitika's.
It was super well treated during the bath, the whole end result can be noticed from afar the care and care of your pet.
This is rare these days. Especially in Guarulhos, there are many places with professionals who are clearly not prepared to work with animals that are such pure and delicate beings.
It is necessary to understand what the animal is transmitting in order to serve it in the best possible way. Because that's how we all want to be treated, it wouldn't be any different with them.
