★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no dia 22/12 e junto com a pizza veio um panfleto com todas as opções do estabelecimento. No dia 30/12 (2ª feira) solicitei as esfihas da promoção de R$1,20, que no panfleto que eu recebi deles eram de carne, calabresa, frango e queijo. Porém a atendente me informou que a esfiha de queijo não estava mais na promoção já fazia 1 mês, só que eu havia pedido um pizza a 8 dias atrás e eles me mandaram o panfleto que teoricamente estaria atualizado. Enfim, falei com a Suelen (gerente provavelmente) e ela me disse que nao poderia me vender a esfiha de queijo com o valor da promoção porque não havia mais código.
Infelizmente a pizzaria e hamburgueria Grandini II fez uma propaganda enganosa.
I made a request on 22/12 and along with the pizza came a pamphlet with all the options of the establishment. On 12/30 (Monday) I requested the R $ 1.20 promotion esfihas, which in the pamphlet I received from them were meat, pepperoni, chicken and cheese. But the clerk informed me that the cheese esfiha had not been on the promotion for 1 month, but I had ordered a pizza 8 days ago and they sent me the pamphlet that would theoretically be updated. Anyway, I talked to Suelen (manager probably) and she told me that she couldn't sell me the cheese with the value of the promotion because there was no more code.
Unfortunately the pizzeria and hamburger Grandini II made a false advertising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resido em outro bairro e devido a quarentena estou aqui no Grajaú, informaram que a pizza deste estabelecimento era boa,amo carne seca alguns dias atrás pedimos e gostei,hoje pedimos novamente a única exigência foi não colocar pimentão e bacon e acrescentar cebola,a pizza chegou linda,eu cheia de vontade comecei comer mas não consegui,a pizza sal puro,a carne não foi dessalgada.Como pode fornecer um produto pra um cliente nestas condições?Sinceramente, enquanto estiver por aqui não compro mais,super decepcionada.
I live in another neighborhood and due to the quarantine I'm here in Grajaú, they said that the pizza at this establishment was good, I love dried meat a few days ago we ordered and liked it, today we ordered again the only requirement was not to put pepper and bacon and add onion, the pizza arrived beautiful, I was full of desire I started eating but I couldn't, the pizza was pure salt, the meat was not desalted. How can you provide a product to a customer in these conditions?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre esquecem de mandar o lanche, faz o pedido chega uma parte e depois que manda o restante, uns comem e os outros ficam olhando, falta de respeito com o cliente. Não pedem nem desculpas, apenas dizem já está indo.
They always forget to send the snack, order a part and after they send the rest, some eat and the others are watching, lack of respect for the customer. They don't even apologize, they just say it's on the way.

Every weekend our pizza order is at Grandini, always half and half because my preference is chicken with carupiri and mozzarella, there's nothing for anyone, super delicious!
