★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos clientes faz tempo da Palazze. Fizemos o pedido hoje e a pizza veio com vários espaços sem recheio. Leve igual uma folha. Ficamos frustrados. O pior é que ligamos pra reclamar e a atendente simplesmente falou que vai comunicar o responsável. É isso e tá tudo bem !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a mais de 10 anos da Pallaze av guarulhos, mas meus dois últimos pedidos além da demora a pessoa que atende com nome de Tânia não tem educação, lamentável, já tivemos os melhores momentos nessa pizzaria com excelente atendimento e rapidez e acredito que o atendimento faz toda a diferença no negócio, a pizza é muito boa, mas já foi melhor não pela qualidade, mas já chega gelada!!! Se a intenção é diminuir as vendas estão no caminho certo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Pallazze já foi sinônimo de qualidade, pedi uma esfiha de brócolis, veio praticamente 2 pedaços pequenos de brócolis, esfihas de brócolis mesmo não tinha nada, só tinha queijo mozarela. Eu peço quase todos os finais de semana e hoje me decepcionei. Se for para reduzir o recheio, reduzam os valores também, não caiam nessa de vender gato por lebre ou verão os clientes indo embora, se sentindo enganados.
Pallazze was already synonymous with quality, I ordered a broccoli esfiha, it came with practically 2 small pieces of broccoli, broccoli esfihas even had nothing, only mozzarella cheese. I order almost every weekend and today I was disappointed. If it's to reduce the stuffing, reduce the values too, don't fall into this selling cat in a poke or you will see customers leaving, feeling cheated.
